DAMIEN O'KEEFFE
DAMIEN O’KEEFFE trained at Middlesex University. He has worked in theatre-in-
education with Crowded Theatre, and as an actor and director at Leicester
Haymarket, Sheffield Crucible, and The Custard Factory in Birmingham. He has
appeared in “Brimstone and Treacle”, “Outside In”, “The Comedy of Errors” and
“A Christmas Carol” Damien has appeared in every Paper Zoo production,
directing several of them. His roles have included Vladimir in
Waiting for Godot,
Malvolio in
Twelfth Night, Wilson in Ruffian on the Stair, several animals
including Benjamin the Brummie Donkey in
Animal Farm, and Winston Smith in
1984 Since 1999 he has been a lecturer and Course Tutor with the Performing
Arts Department at Bradford College. In 2009 he became Head of Department,
managing the Media, Music and Performing Arts provision. When not teaching he
attempts to relax by cycling, surfing and trying to keep up with his three children.
