The Tempest - one last performance
The storm is brewing for one last time...Catch the wave and get along to The
Otley Courthouse Theatre on Friday 22nd of June 2012 to see The Tempest.
Paper Zoo land on Prospero's Island for the final time.

Julia and Dave are called on for other projects.
If they weren't busy enough already, Zoo creatures Julia and Dave have been
called upon to work on projects for other companies.

Julia is appearing in 'Motherly Love', a one-act two hander play by Catherine
Hope which will form one quarter of the PLAYS for TODAY strand at The
Carriageworks in Leeds. Showing on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th of April at
7.30pm, tickets cost £10/£8. Box Office: 0113 224 3801

Dave is working with ReStage on Chris Green's 'Sanctuary' which will tour down
to the Brighton Fringe Festival in May. The play concerns an anti-capitalist
community in Sussex in 1929. Show dates for 'Sanctuary' are Tuesday 22nd of
May to Friday 25th of May

Paper Zoo to perform Blue Remembered Hills one last time!
We are delighted to announce that Paper Zoo's acclaimed production of Dennis
Potter's BLUE REMEMBERED HILLS is to be performed one last time as part of
The Doghouse IN THE PINES weekend festival on
Sunday 3rd of June 2012.

EMILY MOVES ON TO BIGGER THINGS
We are delighted that Paper Zoo's longest serving
associate artist, Emily Thornton, has gained a place at
the Italia Conti Theatre School in London. She will start
the course in September 2012. The news is bittersweet,
though, as it means that The Tempest will be Emily's last
show with us for a while. We wish her the very best of
luck!
THE EAGLE TAKES FLIGHT
Paper Zoo founder member, Ben Eagle starts the next
phase of his career this month as he takes up his place
at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama.
Ben has promised to stay in touch and to keep us
updated with his progress at Drama School. We are
confident that it won't be long before Ben is making his
mark in the West End!
Ben has played an impressive range of roles since he
caught the theatre bug, as well as directing successful
productions of 'The Audition' and 'Doubt'.
He joins Zoo alumnus Laura Milnes who recently
completed her degree at the Central School.  
NEW VENUE FOR BRH
The last show of our current tour will now be on Thursday 29th of
September 2011 in the Henry Mitchell Hall, Old Building, Bradford
College. The show will start at 5.30pm and the price of tickets has
been reduced to just £5. Bradford College students can see the
play for just £2.50. Tickets can be reserved via
info@paperzootheatrecompany.co.uk Paper Zoo are pleased to be
performing back at the College, where it all began in 2005.
ZOO ON THE AIRWAVES
Tune in on Wednesday 22nd of June at 5.30pm to BCB Radio on
106.6FM to hear a live interview with Julia O'Keeffe, director of 'Blue
Remembered Hills, along with members of the cast. They will be
discussing their own perspective on this classic Dennis Potter play.

BLUE REMEMBERED HILLS NOW FULLY CAST
Paper Zoo Theatre Company are pleased to welcome back Josh
Fyson to play the character of John in our production. Josh was in
our first production back in 2005 and, after studying for a degree in
performance at The University of Salford, has come back to work with
us again. We also welcome Jeremy Walker to the Zoo for his first
production with us in the role of Raymond.
